Your best bet, it sounds like, would be to use something like 
"Meteonorm" or give us a location and one of our team can make a 
meteonorm file.

The weather files need solar information and it doesn't sound like 
you have it.  We're working on synthesizing solar for weather data 
but the code is not in place yet.
