[EnergyPlus_Support] Help about global horizzontal radiation

Dear users of EnergyPlus,

-I have measured the global horizontal radiation with a measure
instrument and I would have to insert it in EPW weather file
(PALERMO-PUNTARAISI). In the handbook of energyplus it is written
that such data still is not used for the calculations. I have
thought that I could divide global horizontal radiation in direct
normal radiation and diffuse horizzontal radiation. In this way I
replace these values in EPW weather file.
Is it correct?Can someone help me?

-I have another question. I'm simulating a building. I have replaced
in EPW weather file (PALERMO-PUNTARAISI) some measured values about
Dry Bulb temperature,Relative Humidity, Wind speed and global
horizzontal radiation. In my ERR file there are three Severe errors:

1)  ** Out of range value field=DewPoint Temperature, range={>= -70
and <= 70}, for item=WeatherFile
2)  ** Severe  ** Out of range value field=Wind Direction, range=
{>=0 and <=360}, for item=WeatherFile
3) ** Severe ** Out of Range errors found with initial day of
WeatherFile

About 1)and 2) In my weather file I have inserted missing values for
these fields (99.9 in 1) and 999 in 2).
I don't understand error 3).

Thanks in advance,

Marino Davide.
