[EnergyPlus_Support] Problems about the Zone Comfortable and Chiller

Dear All:

I used version 1.2.3 and there are some warnings I never met in
the former version. It said:
** Warning ** More than 4% of time (1.0 hours) uncomfortable in zone Z1
   ** ~~~ ** 10.0 hours were uncomfortable based on ASHRAE 55-2004
graph (Section 5.2.1.1)
   ** ~~~ ** During DesignDay Environment [07/08 - 07/08]:
BEIJINGSUMMER

Is it because the inner temp is not comfortable?(Inner temp is 20¡ãC in
winter and 26¡ãC in summer)

The system is fancoil and fresh air.The cooling source is electric
chiller which is cooled by air.But there are some warnings like
** Warning ** ConstCOPChillerModel:Air Cooled Condenser Inlet
Temperature below 0C
   ** ~~~ ** OutDoor Dry Bulb=-12.11 ,
Occurrence info=BEIJINGWINTER, 01/24 00:10 - 00:20
** Warning ** ConstCOPChillerModel:Air Cooled Condenser Inlet
Temperature below 0C continues...50

I don't know why this happened. Thank you for help!
