Sort of a bug.  The work around is "AllInteriorRoofs" rather than 
ceilings.    The item right before your "Fatal" message should have 
noted that "AllInteriorCeilings" was an illegal type -- it would be a 
Severe error.

ConvectionCoefficients:MultipleSurface,AllInteriorRoofs,
Interior,Value,2.85;

should work.
