[EnergyPlus_Support] Atrium Building - Inside Shading Devices

Dear Mike,

in an answer to a previous question you wrote that 
the interior window model does not allow shading devices.
Right now I have the case of an office building with an 
atrium with a glazed roof. The offices facing the atrium 
have exterior shading devices which I assume will 
significantly influence the climate and comfort inside 
the offices. Can you give me an advise how to model 
such a building?
