[EnergyPlus_Support] Re: IFCtoIDF tool?

Hi,

I totally remove the E+1.2.2 and reinstall it, however, the problem 
still exits..It said"Unable to creat BSPro Dispatch driver". At the 
same time , I installed e+1.2.3, will it be a problem? 

Any help is highly appreciated!
