Are you using "Schedule:File:Comma" as your input for the schedule?

Be aware that there is a bug in the current version such that 
processing makes the schedules off by one day after February 28.  You 
can duplicate the values for the slot that would be February 29 and 
then you are only missing Dec 31 (all 0s) but there is no other work around.

Sorry for the inconvenience, this will be fixed in the next release.
