[EnergyPlus_Support] Problem with ISHRAE weather data

I recently downloaded a weather file for India
(IND_Ahmedabad_ISHRAE.epw) and noticed that the solar data is wrong.
All of the direct normal values are off by a large factor. The values
are approximately 3x larger than is possible, and they seem to be
offset by an hour. At the end of every day there is one hour of direct
normal solar with zero global solar radiation.

Does anyone know if this is a problem with the ISHRAE data in general,
or did I stumble upon a rare case?

BTW, sorry if this is a known issue. I searched previous messages but
didn't find any obvious references.
