[EnergyPlus_Support] COMIS flow rate

hello,

I am checking the flow rates through a opening in COMIS. The values of
my calculations don't even come close to the values that EP gives in
some cases. 
Where can i find the formulas COMIS (in EP) uses. I need all of them
including winds, densities, etc. My calculations are based on books of
the 'AIVC' (air infiltration an ventilation centre)

Is there an article of somekind that tells me more about the used
formulas in COMIS.
