[EnergyPlus_Support] Handling Windows in E+

Hi,
  I accidently send a blank mail with this subject line. I apologise. 
   
  I wanted to ask the following question to the group:
   
  I am using WINDOW5 to create a window. Do I need to create exactly the same size window in .idf? If I do not; then E+ issues a warning.  I was wondering if this is just a warning or will it affect the results as well. How does E+ handle size variations?
