[EnergyPlus_Support] real weather data parametrics

Hello, everybody:
   
  I want to use real weather data in my simulation and comapre to the actual energy uses.  Could somebody what are the requred weather data parametrics are required for the simulation ? For example, except the hourly dry-bulb temperature, what are the other required parametrics? What is the format format for the weather data?
