[EnergyPlus_Support] Invalid Index Key

Hi all,
Just join the group and need to know soo much about running E+. I 
tried to simulate a hospital building for Energy consumption 
comparison with different components using version 1.2.3. When I run 
the file, error output says Fatal:Invalid Index Key passed to 
validateIndexType=Average, and terminate the simulation. Can anybody 
help me explain what this is and what for me to do?. Thank you very
