You are right. The Zone origin coordinates within the BLAST input file were
off. The translator is doing what it is supposed to!

If you're using the BLAST Translator and having "shifts" in 
coordinates that you don't expect (not sure what they are), you can 
set your building origin to 0,0,0 in the BLAST input file

I don't believe you can copy from Excel sheets in the latest IDF 
Editor.  Not even sure that has ever been posted as a suggestion.
