[EnergyPlus_Support] about IFC to IDF utility

Dear all

Have you ever use IFC to IDF Utility? When I try it , there is a warning
"unable to create bspro dispatch driver". Can anyone tell me what is the
matter and how to resovle it. And I read through the IFC to IDF user manual.
It says "The BSPro COM-Server software distribution package for registered
users of EnergyPlus consists of a single installation file (BSPro_e+.EXE).
This installation file will be copied to the IFCtoIDF subdirectory created
during installation of EnergyPlus if the IFCtoIDF install option is
selected." But I find when install energyplus v1.3, there is no IFCtoIDF
install option. I have to download IFCtoIDF seperately form energyplus
website. I don't know why.
