I believe these are what you may be looking for?

Zone,Average,Surface Ext Rad to Air Coeff[W/m2-K]
Zone,Average,Surface Ext Rad to Sky Coeff[W/m2-K]
Zone,Average,Surface Ext Rad to Ground Coeff[W/m2-K]

in addition to the exterior and interior surface convection 
coefficients that I sent descriptions of yesterday.

You can search the IOReference for better documentation of these variables.
