[EnergyPlus_Support] external convection coefficients

Dear All,
i got the report of external convection coeffcients of surfaces. Surfaces
have acceptable values for whole day. But at a certain hour, the surfaces
which have different directions have the same value that is 1000. i wonder
the reason of this problem.
