[EnergyPlus_Support] Water Heater Question

Hello all,

Is it possible to link a water heater with a boiler cicuit (which is 
additionally heated via an electric internal unit) and then schedule 
the use as seen below...

I am having problems with my configuration. I tried using a DHW unit 
on the use side however I still recieve zero loads. Can anyone see 
something that I may be missing?
