Did you try right-clicking on the link and 'Save Target as'
and give it a location such as your Desktop? I just
retried both and they seem to be working.

Only part of the file will come down whether I try the web-based or
full windows installation. When I click on what I get of them I get a
message saying "Could not initialize installation. File size expected=
xxxxxxxxx, size returned= xxxxxxxx (a much smaller size)
