RE: [EnergyPlus_Support] Cooling Room Temps in Zone without the help of an AHU

in terms of a real piece of equipment, you will need to look at hydronic
systems, or possibly even DX if you can recirculate air. Whether that is
a fan coil unit (if you can recirculate additional air), an active
chilled beam, a passive chilled beam, radiant ceiling panels, a radiant
slab or some other piece of equipment will depend on your other design
constraints. Once you sort what you want to use, then you should attempt
to model it with the best available approach. Getting the design right
would be my first priority.

Subject: [EnergyPlus_Support] Cooling Room Temps in Zone without the
help of an AHU

Hello all,

Is there any way to maintain zone temps at 21C if I have an AHU that
MUST supply air at 26C into the zone at a certain rate?

For instance, is there a 'chilled object' that would do what a
'baseboard heater' would do but only in reverse.

I would really appreciate any input.

Kind regards

-Elmer
