No.  In EnergyPlus you need some kind of HVAC system to control the
zones, or else the zone's thermal conditions will float.  The Purchased
Air HVAC system is the simplest way to get load information (in Joules)
without really describing a specific type of HVAC system.  But the
*energy* needed to meet loads is a different question.  Try the
CompactHVAC objects to facilitate adding an HVAC system.
