With the weatherconverter, it is really pretty easy to make a 
"custom" format input (def file) and import virtually any format file 
-- but we haven't added a virtual solar generator.

There is an Amman Airport (Jordan) meteonorm file that was created 
back in August at user request.  It's in the files section:

If you agree with the solar in this file, you could use the TMY file 
referenced in the other message along with this solar data -- using 
CSV output files from the EnergyPlus Weatherconverter as an intermediary.
