[EnergyPlus_Support] To model an ideal fan or pump.

I am wondering how to define a curve for an fan or pump.
The manual recommand some factors for fan.
But there are not any information about pump.
I want to create a rough energy-save model for VFD control of fan or 
pump.EP can't simulate the pressure situation in ducts and pipes,so 
can't decide the head of fan or pump.It's a problem to fit various 
applications with an "universal" fan or pump. Anybody has idea for 
this?
