[EnergyPlus_Support] Initial value

I'm working with a very very simple simulation, and I
stablish wether temperature (maximum dry bulb
temperature in "design day"), what is the initial
value for the temperature in the bulding (just 1
zone)? I mean, what are the initial conditions? Where
can I read about boundary condition, I have not found
it yet in the Users documentation.
Thanks a lot.
