What errors are you seeing?

The DXF output has, by default, a "thick polyline" for any 
surfaces >4 sides.  So, your surfaces are showing up  -- they may 
just look funny.  If you want a more solid appearance, try

Report, Surfaces, DXF, Triangulate 3DFace;

The program will attempt (usually pretty successfully) to 
decompose >4 sided surfaces in to triangles so that they can be 
successfully seen in DXF viewers.
