This is an error that has been fixed in our development version.

I believe if you comment out the use of the Frame in your "Window 
View", your file will run to completion.  (It also might work if you 
added a very small frame to the clerestory but I didn't try 
that).  The impact of the frame is fairly small -- so it shouldn't 
affect the analysis too much.
