"troghout"?

You can't.  We allow for a scheduled relative humidity in design days 
but you can't put it in outside of an environment of some kind.

I suppose you could put in relative humidity from the weather file 
statistics.  At the present time, you cannot put in an "average" 
direct solar radiation by hour.
