[EnergyPlus_Support] version problems

Hi all:
    I do a simulation using purchased air to get the purchased heating 
rate.I use version 1.2.3 and version 1.3.0 to do this.The result of 
these two versions are totally different.The model has no change.I 
think it's strange.I hope I can get help from you to know how this 
happened.
