[EnergyPlus_Support] Atriums and stratification

Hello:
I'm trying to simulate a building of 6 levels, (about
40 m height) and there are two atriums, from level 1
to 2, and from levels 3 to 6 (I've attached an image
so you can understand better what I'm trying to
describe). I've defined, as a first step, each level
as a thermal zone. The thing is that I'm not sure
whether what I'm doing is possible with E+ because of
the restriction I've read in the Input-OutputReference
document for AirflowNetwork modell:
"Air circulation and/or air temperature stratification
within a thermal zone. For example,
you should not try to divide a high space, such as an
atrium, into subzones separated by
artificial horizontal surfaces that have cracks or
openings with the expectation that
AirflowNetwork will give you a realistic temperature
in each subzone and/or a realistic air
flow between subzones"
Thanks a lot for your help.
