[EnergyPlus_Support] The question about the internal thermal m ass

Deal all

The internal wall and furniture in the zone can be set as thermal mass.
I know this thermal mass only consider the convection heat transfer with zone air.
I want know whether the thermal mass occupy the space of the zone air.

In my study, I simulation the temperature of the passive solar building, when I increasing the area of thermal mass above 50, the average temperature is high than less thermal mass. I think there is some problem.

As my expecting, the average temperature of the zone will be almost same, only the amplitude has different.

Thank you

Lei wang
