RE: [EnergyPlus_Support] Confusion about Eplus output.

The air system loads table only applies to air systems with air loops.
The electric baseboard heater is zone equipment and therefore there is
no air loop -- so the air system loads come out zero. Since your
thermostat is only single heating setpoint, the zone temps are floating
when there is no heating load --- again the air system sees no cooling
load. You should (probably) use dual setpoint with deadband rather than
single setpoint.

Brent,

Thank you for your reply. I tried and it worked.

With respect to overall hvac air system loads table, after I made
changes to
the people and interior lighting input overall hvac air system loads
table
changed significantly. The months of Nov, Dec, Jan, and Feb are now zero
for
air loop total heating and cooling energies. The system has no reheat
and
uses electric baseboard (BASEBOARD HEATER:ELECTRIC:CONVECTIVE) as
heating
source. The system uses EVAPCOOLER:DIRECT:CELDEKPAD with
FAN:SIMPLE:CONSTVOLUME. The system uses ZONE CONTROL:THERMOSTATIC as its

control system with only single heating setpoint. The zone has quite a
big
load which consists of electric equipment, interior lighting and people.
For
Electric equip., its design is 569W. Interior lighting is 761.5W. The
number
of max number of people is 2.

I can upload the file if you want to see it. I am not sure if the way I
set
up this file is correct or not.

Again, thank you for your time and help. I appreciate them greatly.

Sincerely,

Albert Sitorus.
