[EnergyPlus_Support] convergence error

Hello,
I'm having problems of convergence when I ask to run with weather 
file. The following warning message occurs (in resume):

** Warning ** SimHVAC: Maximum iterations (20) exceeded for all HVAC 
loops, at SAO_PAULO/CONGONHAS - BLZ TMY3-837800 WMO#=837800, 12/22 
00:00 - 00:10

When I ask to give me Diagnostics at Simulation Parameters the 
following message occurs (in resume):
