Does this mean that DesignBuilder has the same capabilities of EnergyPlus?..or it's much simplified than it?

DESIGNBUILDER IS A USER FRIENDLY INTERFACE THAT INTERFACES DIRECTLY TO ENERGYPLUS (AND CAN WRITE AN INPUT FILE) AS WELL AS HAVING INTERNAL CAPABILITIES OF ITS OWN.
