[EnergyPlus_Support] E+'s tools

Hi users,

on the E+'s web site there are a series of link to input file creation 
tools.
One of them (which on the site it's considered "available") it's the 
IHIT (for HVAC modelization), but it seems not available.

Someone know if this tool is really available?
