You've specified a Single Heating Setpoint object with name Heating 
Setpoint with SB that references a heating setpoint schedule named 
"Heating Setpoints" but there is no schedule named Heating Setpoints.

Same as above only Cooling.

In Zone=152, you've put in a Zone Control:Thermostatic called "Zone 
152 Thermostat"
that references a schedule called "Zone Control Type Sched".  That 
schedule specifies control type 4 -- Dual Set point with Deadband but 
your Thermostatic control does not allow for that type in this zone.
