Yahoo does not support attachments, you will have to upload your file. 
Go to the support web site and click on the Files selection (left of 
screen). Then click the Problem_Submittals folder (center of screen). 
The click Add File (right of screen). Browse your PC for the file and 
upload it to the web site.

Or click this link, then sign in and click Add File
