No, but that would be a useful new report variable.  

You might find the ASHRAE 55 comfort warnings to be useful for this purpose.  
In the PEOPLE objects, set "Enable ASHRAE 55 comfort warnings" to Yes.  This 
enables new report variables and also generates a warning in the err file 
whenever the number of hours uncomfortable exceeds 4% of the simulation hours.  
For more details, search for "ASHRAE 55" in the Input Output Reference.
