The only way to do this would be to use one of the HVAC systems and report
the
zone relative humidity levels. I would suggest using COMPACT HVAC:ZONE:FAN
COIL along with COMPACT HVAC:PLANT:CHILLED WATER LOOP, COMPACT
HVAC:PLANT:CHILLER, COMPACT HVAC:PLANT:HOT WATER LOOP, and COMPACT
HVAC:PLANT:BOILER.
