How kind of you to call us "dumb".
I just printed a page using Acrobat reader 6. I know I've used other
PDF readers to open them on Linux -- Linux doesn't have all the index
capabilities, even in Acrobat, but it can read them.
You can certainly use the Acrobat reader to print several pages, but
you don't have to print the full document.
No, we do not produce documentation in other forms than the PDF documents.
