Missing, or zero?  Is there a schedule specified in the REPORT VARIABLE object 
for this output?  If the values are missing (empty cells in csv output), then 
it is probably because of this.

If the values are zero, check the schedules used in the PEOPLE object for 
Number of People and for Activity Level.  You may want to add a REPORT VARIABLE 
for "Schedule Value" for these schedules to confirm the values in them.

If you cannot resolve this, please upload the idf to the yahoo files area or 
send as a zipped attachment to energyplus-support@xxxxxxxx
