[EnergyPlus_Support] Version 2.0 crash

I recently downloaded version 2.0.0.025 of EnergyPlus from the EERE website. 
In giving a tutorial, both myself and the students who had version 2.0 found 
that whenever a numeric field was used, a "run time error 9 - subscript out 
of range" would occur and the program would crash. This problem is not 
present in version 1.4 and we can use this in the meantime, but version 2.0 
is virtually unusable as is. Is there a fix? Thanks
