[EnergyPlus_Support] cooling energy consumption

HI.
I try to know cooling energy consumption between DOAS and VAV with same 
indoor conditon.(DryBulb 24~25, RH50~60%, HR 0.009kg/kg)
So I really want to know the method about temperature and humidity 
setup.
To make equal indoor condition serially, Which field should be changed?
Pleae let me know.
