Look in the InputOutputReference.pdf document... search for 
"UnitarySystem:HeatPump:AirToAir".

For this system, you need to define an associated direct expansion (DX) 
cooling coil [Coil:DX:CoolingBypassFactorEmpirical or 
Coil:DX:CoolingHeatExchanger Assisted] and a DX heating coil 
[Coil:DX:HeatingEmpirical].  The performance of the cooling and heating 
coils is defined in these coil objects.
