It is not correct to say that "correct daylighting simulation result can be  
obtained only with relative system".

If the building geometry has been set up using world coordinates, you can still 
use daylighting.  The coordinates on the heat transfer surfaces honor the 
SurfaceGeometry rules for World or Relative coordinates.  So, first, you must 
make sure that the surface coordinates are consistent with the geometry rule.

Daylighting reference points do not honor the setting in the SurfaceGeometry 
object. They are always relative to the zone origin.  If the zone origin is 
0,0,0, and the zone north axis is zero, then there is no difference between 
relative and world coordinates for that zone.
