This is not true.  The daylighting reference coordinates must be put 
into relative coordinates (to  building, zone) BUT the building 
coordinates can be in either relative or "world".

Take the points that you want to make as reference daylighting and 
subtract the zone origins from them.

Note -- if your zone origins are all x=0, y=0 and building and zone 
north axes are 0, then your x and y that you want are already what 
you want to input and you just need to subtract the Z coordinate.
