It looks like the Daylighting report will only show up for those 
zones that are daylit -- is it possible that the 4th zone is not 
daylit?  (Even without an error showing in the .err file)?  Did you 
look at the DXF file to see that the daylighting sensors are 
appearing inside the zones?

If you like you can upload your file to the problem submittals area.
