[EnergyPlus_Support] Kuching Ground Temperature

i have been 4 years in Kuching, Malaysia and June and July are the 
hottest months. i wonder why the ground temperatures for these two 
months, at 0.5m are the lowest, 25.5 and 25.43C, according to the IWEC 
weather file. i presume something is wrong.
