[EnergyPlus_Support] Cannot upload all of the results?

Hi,

I made 18 story building serving VAVsystem.
I completed model and runned simulation.
Of the results, some data has been missied.
And the message has showed 
'Cannot upload  all results' in Excel file.
What is the problem?
due to volume of building or size?
The building I modeled is 240250.24 scale ft totally.
