[EnergyPlus_Support] Operative temperature

Hi,
I have an office and I'm doing some analysis on comfort.

I know:
- the temperatures of every surface in the room
- the air temperature

I want to calculate the operative temperature in different points.

Is there an easy way (without simulating any cooling system)which can
give me the Operative temp?
Is it possible to set the temperature of the surfaces? And is it also
possible for glass facades?
