[EnergyPlus_Support] changing glass properties

I had to define a glass layer in order to put my blinds in front of 
window. But as I do not want the glass to be considered in the 
calculation(open window with blind)I changed the transmittance and 
reflectance values to 0.99999 and 0.00001 in order. But it gives an 
error like;

** Severe  ** Solar transmittance + front solar reflectance not < 
1.0 for material GLASS - CLEAR PLATE 1 / 4 IN
   ** Severe  ** Solar transmittance + back solar reflectance not < 
1.0 for material GLASS - CLEAR PLATE 1 / 4 IN
   ** Severe  ** Visible transmittance + front visible reflectance 
not < 1.0 for material GLASS - CLEAR PLATE 1 / 4 IN
   ** Severe  ** Visible transmittance + back visible reflectance 
not < 1.0 for material GLASS - CLEAR PLATE 1 / 4 IN

their sum is equal to 1 . So what is the error? I didn't 
understand.I've attached my summary input file.
