Hi,
  I'm using DesignBuilder to build models that I export to EnergyPlus to
simulate using it. Although setting wwr (window wall ratio) and using
overhang shades with no offsets from windows (neither vertically nor
horizontally), Viewing  Energyplus drawing file of the model, shows that it
gives different dimensions and hence different wwr ratios from what was set
in DesignBuilder.. also the shades are positioned with offsets!!
  Are there any possible reasons, clues?
